How each package works at a wedding
Every package comes with three meats, three sides, bread, BBQ sauce, pickles and jalapeños. What changes is how much of the day we take off your hands.

Drop Off
We deliver the BBQ hot and ready to eat. Your venue or your own helpers set out the buffet and look after it.

Set Up &
Drop Off
We bring the food and set up the whole buffet. Before we leave, we turn on the warming oil to keep it hot.

- Good when you want the buffet ready, with your own helpers or venue taking it from there

Full Service
Our team arrives before dinner, sets up, serves your guests and cleans the buffet area. You stay with your people.

The Full Service timeline at your wedding
- 45 to 50 minutes before dinner: we arrive at your venue and set up the buffet.
- Dinner: we serve your meats and sides buffet style for one hour.
- After service: we package the leftovers for you and clean up the buffet area.
Plates, napkins and plasticware are included. Tell us your dinner time and your venue when you inquire, and we plan the day from there.
Pick three meats and three sides
Meats include brisket, smoked sausage, St. Louis style ribs, pulled pork and grilled chicken.
Sides include potato salad, mac & cheese, baked beans, buttered corn and more.

Before we fire things up
What is included with the food?
Every package includes three meats and three sides, bread, BBQ sauce, pickles and jalapeños. Set Up & Drop Off and Full Service also include plates, napkins and plasticware.
Do we have to choose Full Service for our wedding?
No. Drop Off, Set Up & Drop Off and Full Service all work for weddings. Choose by how much help you want at the buffet.
How far do you travel for weddings?
We serve Dallas and locations within a 50-mile radius. We have catered weddings in McKinney, Heath, Ennis, Azle, Palmer, Denton, Terrell, Cleburne and Forreston. Send us your venue with your inquiry.
Can we mix meats?
Yes. Every package comes with three meats and three sides, so brisket, smoked sausage and St. Louis style rib can share one buffet. Tell us what you want and we’ll go through the menu with you.
