We deliver the food, set up the buffet and leave it ready for your guests. Plates, napkins, plasticware, wire racks and warming oil come with it.

Hot and ready, before we leave

We set up the buffet at your event. Before we leave, we turn on the warming oil to keep the food hot. Our team goes once the buffet is set up.

From there it’s yours. Your own helpers or your venue take care of the buffet. If you want a team to stay and serve, look at Full Service.

How does the food stay hot after you leave?

Before we leave, we turn on the warming oil to keep the food hot and ready to eat.

Does your team stay to serve?

No. Our team leaves once the buffet is set up. For a team that stays to serve, choose Full Service.
