Our team arrives before dinner, sets up the buffet, serves your guests for one hour, packages the leftovers and cleans the buffet area.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm. Dallas and 50 miles around it.

We arrive at your venue and set up the buffet. -

We serve your selected meats and sides buffet style for one hour. -
After service
We package any food left for you and clean up the buffet area.

Pick your meats from brisket, smoked sausage, hot link, St. Louis style rib, pulled pork, whole ham, grilled chicken, turkey leg, whole turkey or turkey breast. Pick your sides from potato salad, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, baked beans, buttered corn or green beans.

Weddings
For a wedding
Enjoy your wedding meal with your guests. We arrive 45 to 50 minutes before dinner, set up, serve the buffet for one hour and take care of the buffet area afterward. We have catered weddings at The Delanie, Milagro Ranch in Forreston and Hidden Creek in Heath, among others.
For every other event
Quinceañeras, church and school dinners, retirement parties, graduations, birthdays and company dinners all work with Full Service when the host wants to be with the guests.

We set up the buffet and turn on the warming oil before we leave. Your helpers or venue take it from there.

Is Full Service only for weddings?
No. We also cater quinceañeras, birthdays, retirement parties, graduations, church events, school events and company events.
Are plates and napkins included?
Yes. Full Service includes all plates, napkins and plasticware.
