An office lunch where your team will serve itself

Drop Off. Hot BBQ delivered to your location, ready to eat. Someone on your side receives the food and sets it out.

A team meal you want ready to go

Set Up & Drop Off. We bring plates, napkins and plasticware, wire racks, warming oil and serving utensils, and set up the buffet. The warming oil is lit before we leave.

A year-end dinner or a company party

Full Service. We arrive 45 to 50 minutes before dinner, set up, serve buffet style for one hour, package leftovers and clean the buffet area.

Meats include brisket, smoked sausage, St. Louis style ribs, pulled pork and grilled chicken.

Sides include potato salad, mac & cheese, baked beans, buttered corn and more.
