Quinceañera BBQ catering
We have catered two quinceañeras in Burleson: 200 guests at Lost Oak Winery and 250 at Rustic Creek Ranch.
Quinceañeras are big family days. If you want to stay with your family and not think about the buffet, Full Service gives you a team that sets up, serves for one hour and cleans the buffet area. If your family or venue will handle serving, Set Up & Drop Off leaves the buffet ready.

Church and school BBQ catering
We fed the St. Pius X Men’s Club in Dallas, 300 dads at one party. We fed a Martin High baseball dinner in Arlington, with 300 expected.
For a church hall, a gym or a team dinner, tell us your headcount and where the food goes. Set Up & Drop Off puts the buffet on the table and lights the warming oil before we leave. Full Service sends a team to serve.

Set Up &
Drop Off
Plates, napkins, plasticware, wire racks, warming oil and serving utensils, with the buffet set up and the warming oil lit before we leave.

Full Service
We arrive 45 to 50 minutes before dinner, serve buffet style for one hour, package leftovers and clean the buffet area.

How long does the Full Service buffet run?
One hour. We arrive 45 to 50 minutes before dinner, and afterward we package the leftovers and clean the buffet area.
